Dr Ayres grew up in Somerset and studied Medicine at the University of Southampton, gaining an intercalated Masters in Medical Sciences degree. He subsequently completed his GP training at Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey before returning to the local area.
Dr Ayres has special interests in musculoskeletal medicine, men’s health and teaching.
