Appointment Booking – Important Update
At our practice, we are committed to ensuring that all patients receive the same high standard of care and support, regardless of how they choose to contact us. To maintain this standard, we are introducing a small change to our telephone appointment booking process.
What’s Changing?
When you call the surgery to book an appointment, our navigation team will now ask a series of more detailed questions. These questions will vary depending on the nature of your health concern and may take a little longer than usual.
The information you provide helps our triage GP to assess your needs promptly and appropriately.
Using Our Online Services
If you are able to, we strongly encourage you to complete an appointment request online via eConsult, either through our website or the NHS App.
Online requests are available:

Monday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Tuesday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
If you need help using the online system, have a general query, or prefer to speak to someone, please stay on the line. A member of our team will be happy to assist and complete the form for you over the phone.
Patient Confidentiality and Conduct
Our navigation team is fully trained and operates under strict patient confidentiality. They are here to help and support you.
We kindly ask that all patients treat our staff with courtesy and respect. Abusive behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
