Requesting Repeat Prescriptions

As from the 21st November 2017 all repeat medication must be ordered through Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) or via SystmOne Online. Prescription processing administration is now completed by the NHS Wiltshire POD Service so all requests and enquires should be directed to them.

Systmonline allows you to be able to request repeat prescriptions online without even having to speak to someone or leave your home. If you have already registered for the online access Click Here to login and order your repeats online.

 

To register for the online service you will need to collect a registration form from the surgery or download this link: Application Form For Online Access and print one off at home to complete. Please be aware when you have filled in the application form you will need to bring the completed form to the surgery in person and you need to provide 2 forms of ID with you and one of these will need to be photo ID.

 

It will take approximately 14 working days to process your request.

Exemptions

 

Patients who fall into any of the below categories are exempt from using POD and can continue to send prescription requests to the surgery or nominated pharmacy;      

  • Patients who receive post-dated prescription
  • Patients who have their medication in a Dosette Box
  • Patients who reside in a nursing home
  •  Patients who are deaf or hard of hearing
